Engaged primarily in solution sales for medium-sized and small enterprises, involving in business succession support, M&A, and overseas expansion support, and received multiple bank awards. Joined Japan M&A Center Inc. in 2015, serving as an advisor on various M&A projects across industries, mainly on schemes in collaboration with alliance financial institutions. Achieved the highest company-wide budget achievement rate in the fiscal year 2015. Joined a start-up M&A advisory firm in 2017, contributing to its rapid growth to 3.5 billion yen in sales and 200 employees in about two and a half years. Won MVP two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019. Established this company in 2020 after becoming independent.

Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Doshisha University. Joined Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and was engaged in corporate sales for medium-sized and small enterprises at a core branch in Osaka for two and a half years. Subsequently worked in the market division, handling derivative sales for corporate clients, compliance with international financial regulations, and planning of proprietary bond issuances, winning the bank award three times. Joined an M&A advisory firm in 2017, accumulating a broad range of achievements regardless of scale or industry. Has experience handling large-scale deals with a transfer consideration of over 10 billion yen, specializing in growth strategy-oriented M&A.

Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Meiji University. Joined Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited in April 2012. After working in consulting sales for affluent clients, engaged in corporate sales as a representative for major financial institutions in the Financial Institutions Department. Has won the President's Award three times. In 2016, transitioned to Japan M&A Center Inc., where, as a representative for partner financial institutions, acted as an advisor primarily on the transferor side, concluding numerous M&As across various industries. Joined an independent M&A advisory firm in 2018, leading to the successful conclusion of over 10 M&As, mainly in the IT industry, over a period of about two and a half years.

After graduating from university, joined an insurance company where received numerous President's Awards in the personal sales division and set an all-time annual record for the amount of new contract premiums. Later gained experience in asset management and business succession problem solutions using real estate at a real estate company. In 2017, became a founding member of an M&A advisory firm. In just under three years, played a key role in the rapid growth of the company to 200 employees, achieving the highest cumulative advisory contract rate and M&A completion rate.

Completed the master's program in Communication Engineering at the Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University. After working at Sharp Corporation, became the Vice President of Intel Corporation, and later served as its President and Chairman of the Board, playing a key role in popularizing computers, email, and the internet in Japan. Subsequently, established Mobile Internet Capital, Inc. through joint investment with companies such as NTT DOCOMO, Inc. and became its President and CEO. Currently, also serves as the Representative Director of the Innovation Research Institute and as the head of Nishioka Juku, dedicating efforts to support venture companies and produce business professionals. Holds a Doctorate in Engineering.

Started a career in the investment banking division of a U.S.-based securities firm, engaging in corporate finance and related activities. After obtaining an MBA, began working with domestic and international private equity (PE) funds, including Polaris Capital, on a wide range of investment-related activities, from investment and post-investment support to fund formation and legacy operations, starting with the launch of Japan's first PE fund. Most recently, oversaw the planning and management department as well as mezzanine investments at Mizuho Securities Principal Investment Company. Graduated from Waseda University's School of Political Science and Economics and holds an MBA from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Also a licensed attorney.

Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Hitotsubashi University. Joined Sumitomo Bank, Ltd. (now Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation), engaging in a wide range of tasks over approximately 23 years, including lending and external business at domestic branches, product development, business promotion planning, and administration & system management at the head office. Subsequently, served as the Executive Managing Director and Head of the Planning and Administration Division at SMBC Finance Service Co., Ltd., overseeing departments such as the Management Planning Department, Risk Management Department, General Affairs Department, Human Resources Department, and Systems Department. After leaving the company, served as a corporate auditor for several listed companies, possessing extensive business and audit experience.

Graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration, Ritsumeikan University. Certified Public Accountant. In addition to accounting audit/consultant experience at major audit firms (EY ShinNihon LLC and PwC Aarata LLC), achieved IPOs on all equity markets of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (JASDAQ, Mothers, 1st and 2nd sections) and has a proven track record as CFO. Currently contributes to enhancing corporate value and reliability from the position of corporate auditor, and is also engaged in training activities related to IPOs and corporate governance at the Tokyo Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Registered as a Certified Public Accountant in March 1997 and as a lawyer in October 2006. After working at Ota Showa Audit Corporation (now EY ShinNihon LLC), City Yuwa Partners, and Atsumi & Sakai Legal Professional Corporation (as a Partner), currently co-represents Act Advisors Law Office. Specializes in business rehabilitation, having led numerous companies to recovery through civil rehabilitation proceedings and private reorganization procedures. Also provides legal due diligence and advice on many M&A transactions for both listed and unlisted companies. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant and lawyer, serves as an external director and auditor for multiple companies, with a strong aptitude for management analysis.
