Graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration, Ritsumeikan University. Certified Public Accountant. In addition to accounting audit/consultant experience at major audit firms (EY ShinNihon LLC and PwC Aarata LLC), achieved IPOs on all equity markets of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (JASDAQ, Mothers, 1st and 2nd sections) and has a proven track record as CFO. Currently contributes to enhancing corporate value and reliability from the position of corporate auditor, and is also engaged in training activities related to IPOs and corporate governance at the Tokyo Society of Certified Public Accountants.

After graduating from university, joined an insurance company where received numerous President's Awards in the personal sales division and set an all-time annual record for the amount of new contract premiums. Later gained experience in asset management and business succession problem solutions using real estate at a real estate company. In 2017, became a founding member of an M&A advisory firm. In just under three years, played a key role in the rapid growth of the company to 200 employees, achieving the highest cumulative advisory contract rate and M&A completion rate.

Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Meiji University. Joined Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited in April 2012. After working in consulting sales for affluent clients, engaged in corporate sales as a representative for major financial institutions in the Financial Institutions Department. Has won the President's Award three times. In 2016, transitioned to Japan M&A Center Inc., where, as a representative for partner financial institutions, acted as an advisor primarily on the transferor side, concluding numerous M&As across various industries. Joined an independent M&A advisory firm in 2018, leading to the successful conclusion of over 10 M&As, mainly in the IT industry, over a period of about two and a half years.

Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Doshisha University. Joined Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and was engaged in corporate sales for medium-sized and small enterprises at a core branch in Osaka for two and a half years. Subsequently worked in the market division, handling derivative sales for corporate clients, compliance with international financial regulations, and planning of proprietary bond issuances, winning the bank award three times. Joined an M&A advisory firm in 2017, accumulating a broad range of achievements regardless of scale or industry. Has experience handling large-scale deals with a transfer consideration of over 10 billion yen, specializing in growth strategy-oriented M&A.

Then joined Nihon M&A Center Inc. in 2015 and served as an advisor for various M&A, promoted the collaboration with affiliated financial institutions. Ranked top budget achievement rate of all companies in 2015. Left from Nihon M&A Center Inc. and joined fundbook, Inc. in 2017 during its founding period. Awarded MVP for two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019. In 2020, left from fundbook, Inc. and established Pear Capital, inc. Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (JPX) TOKYO PRO Market by one year and 11 months after establishment (Achieved fastest listing in the history of the Tokyo Stock Exchange).
